Refund Policy

Refunds

We do not offer refunds or replacements if a customer provides the wrong shipping address.

However, refunds are available if all the following conditions are met:

  1. The item must be returned in the same condition it was received using a return label provided by our customer service team.

  2. You must email us at lofamily792@gmail.com with your Name, Order Number, and reason for the return before shipping anything back.

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee with a 30% restocking fee. Once approved, refunds typically take 3–5 business days to process through your bank.

Do not send your return to the address on the package—it is not our return address.


Returned to Sender

If an item is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we can reship it for an additional shipping + handling fee.

If you choose not to reship, we can issue a refund minus the original shipping costs, insurance, and a 30% restocking fee.


Lost or Damaged Returns

If your return is lost or destroyed by the postal service, we cannot issue a refund, but we may offer a 50% store credit.


Order Cancellations

Our products are made on-demand, so we can only cancel or modify orders within 12 hours of purchase.
Orders for apparel, mugs, ornaments, and clearance items cannot be canceled or refunded once placed.


Warranties

You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a replacement or refund. After 60 days, we cannot issue refunds or replacements.


International Orders

Customs duties, taxes, and fees are not included in your order total and are the responsibility of the buyer.
