How Much Does Shipping Cost?
Shipping costs may vary depending on the items in your order.
Processing Time
Once we receive your order, we begin processing within 2– 4 business days. This includes production time, as most of our products are made to order.
Estimated Delivery
After processing, you’ll receive tracking information at the email address used during checkout. Orders typically arrive within 8-15 business days after processing.
Please note: Shipping carriers may experience delays due to external factors such as the COVID-19 pandemic.
Haven’t Received Your Order?
If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact our support team at lofamily792@gmail.com.
If your order still hasn’t arrived within 60 days of the original purchase date, you are eligible for a full refund (excluding issues related to incorrect shipping addresses or missed deliveries).
RETURNS AND REFUND GUARANTEE
If you received an item that is defective or not as described, we’ll cover return shipping and send you a replacement as soon as possible.
All returns must be in original packaging and condition, and must be requested within 15 days of the delivery date.
Returns and Exchange Policy (Non-Defective Items)
If the item is in perfect condition but you'd like to return it, we charge a 30% restocking fee. A return label will be provided. Once we receive the returned item, we’ll process your refund minus the restocking fee.
Returns requested after 15 days from delivery will not be accepted.
